Water Milling / Aqua Milling is the process of using high pressure water to remove product build up and debris from pipe internal bores, using a Rotating Hose Device and specialized nozzles with asymmetrical jet configurations. The process is designed to remove foreign material including mill scale, construction debris, and process debris. Hydro milling can be implemented as primary cleaning method or in conjunction with other cleaning activities e.g., air / steam blowing in order to minimize cleaning duration & cost – SYGMA engineering team is dedicated evaluating customer’s requirement and provide with optimal solution.

SYGMA specialized & state of the art remotely operated Hydro Milling Equipment spread designed to improve efficiency, and cleanliness for the specific purpose. Selection of fit-for-purpose & custom designed nozzles combined with a rotating hose device cleans the entire pipe to a cleanliness level exceeds customer’s requirement & expectation. Our hydro milling spread can clean 3” to 3 meters diameter systems effectively – Rotating hose system coupled with the hose drive unit can feed and retract into horizontal lines up to 300 meters, vertical lines up to 50 meters – Hoses are flexible enough to negotiate multiple bends, T-pieces in the line, including u-bends.

SYGMA hydro milling process incorporate passivation treatment on the system internal surface that ensures minimum corrosion susceptibility & oxidation. The passivation cost per square meter area is very less against the life and quality it ensures to the customer systems.
